Step 1 Cleaning Asphalt Before Sealing
First thing first you need to clean the asphalt to the best of you can, we prefer pressure washing removing blowing away and dirt and other contaminates. it is also important if oil is present to degrease that are as sealer will Beed if not addressed!
Step 2 Crack Filling of Asphalt
After whole surface is clean and dry you can then put your patching down, making sure to fill all cracks in road and or packing lot.
Step 3 Sealing Asphalt Street or Parking Lot
Finally, once all patching is done, we then apply sealer over top to look everything in and bring back to new looking again. at this point once it dries, we'd repaint lines on road and or parking lot!
