VCT and Glue Removals

I was losing sleep over the thought of ripping up 2,000 square feet of cracked 9x9 VCT tile and that nasty yellow floor glue in our newly leased retail shop. Everyone warned us that scraping old carpet or vinyl adhesive by hand takes forever and ruins the concrete underneath. When I contacted Bill and his team at AHCM about this matter he came out gave me an estimate which sure beats me having to do it I hired them and ahcm stepped in with their commercial grinders, my stress completely evaporated! They popped the old VCT in no time and scraped away every last trace of rock-hard glue right down to a glass-smooth concrete slab. After walking through and checking everything over it brought pure relief to me. And can now finally move on to the last steps. My brother-in-law and I thought we could save some money by renting a floor scraper from the hardware store to get rid of old basement VCT tile. After four painful hours, our arms were numb, and we had barely cleared anything. Knowing I got myself into more than I can crew off, I called AHCM. The owner showed up like an absolute hero! Removing old vinyl composition tile is bad enough, but dealing with decades of layered, tar-like glue underneath is where the real nightmare begins. Our flooring installer refused to lay down our new rubber gym mats until the subfloor was completely free of sticky residue. So we had to find a floor remover contractor which after speaking to a few flooring guys, few mention bill at ahcm . so that’s who I end up calling and giving the job too. AHCM came in did exactly that. they performed a total VCT and glue removal service. They didn't just strip the tile; they ground the concrete slab down to pure perfection. When our flooring contractor arrived few mornings later, he was happy to see how it turned out, although he wasn’t as excited as us as hes worked wth bill before and knows how good his crew is and how the floors always come out prefect! Anyways we appreciate all the work you guys did and will recommend you to others.

We bought an older medical office building to convert into a modern creative studio, but it had layers of ancient VCT tile and rock-hard yellow adhesive we called a few contractors and few of them said to call amazing home and commercial maintenance that they were the biggest company locally and were best set up to take on a job of this size. So we called them , got a quote and hired them. 1 week later it was done. All the vct and glue removal was complete. We walked over the whole floor and everything looked prefect.
