When Hurricane Ian swept through, high winds ripped out over half of our vinyl soffits, leaving our attic trusses completely exposed to rain, wind, and nesting birds. We had temporary plywood slapped up for months until we found Bill at AHCM. His team came out, removed the damaged remains, and re-hung brand-new, vinyl soffit panels around the entire roof perimeter. They secured the J-channels tight and anchored everything properly so we don't go through that nightmare again. Outstanding storm repair work when we needed it most! As you know hurricane ian messed up a lot of stuff, well we lucky only lost vinyl soffit. However most were eith missing or damaged so we decided to just get all knew soffits. Now at the time everyone was 6 months plus out and I just happen to get lucky as ahcms truck was at my neighbors house doing their soffits. So I walked over talked with bill and he had his guys job right on my house the same day .he not only got my neighbors soffits done in a day but mine as well. And unlike every installer I seen they didn’t staple it the screw it up in the j channel so you couldn’t see any screws. And even on they other side under the fascia lip. Bill said they’ll hold a lot better. Well a year later and we had another good hurricane which ripped out a few of my close neighbors soffits after they just replaced them however me and my neighbors didn’t have one missing . A strong storm front blew through and popped several vinyl soffit panels right out of the channel under our second-story gable. I didn't have a ladder high enough to reach it, and open soffits in Florida mean instant pest problems. I called AHCM, and Bill had a crew out within two days. They climbed up, replaced the missing vinyl panels, reinforced the loose track, and made sure every neighboring panel was locked in place. Fast, fair price, and zero hassle. Ian took out a huge chunk of our vinyl soffit on the west side of the house. So we called amazing home and commercial maintenance as they were the only ones who called us back. I sent in some pictures and just like that he worked up a estimate. When I asked don’t you need to go out and measure he said no that he already got his measurements from satellite. Price was right so I hired him and about 3 weeks later he showed up and knocked out it all out with his crew in a day. Back at that time 3 weeks was like next day, everyone was 6months plus out. After completed I Walked outside and seeing a clean, solid roofline again was a huge relief after all the storm headache. Thank you sooooo much!

We built a 40x60 detached metal and wood shop and needed the exterior overhangs finished out properly before bug season hit. AHCM handled the full vinyl soffit package.
