This is the most important part of the whole job. Without proper prep work, even the best products will fail. It's important that all epoxy work involves first diamond grinding. This will leave concrete with a nice profile to bite and bond too. Simple pressure washing or acid washing (aka etching) will NOT do this! without diamonds grinding the floor will not last & will more than likely fail, however rest assure;

(1”), 1/2”, 1/4”, 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32”. Each size profile uniquely influences the appearance of the overall flake floor. Larger flake sizes are more random in shape and offer a broad range of dimensions, whereas smaller flakes become more consistent in shape and size as they are reduced.

With our epoxy floor systems, you can change anything you want and make your epoxy floor a one-of-a-kind floor. For example, let's say you decide to make a man cave. Let's also say your favorite football team is the dolphins. Now you decide you want to make the theme of your mancave match your team colors, well in the solid epoxy flake section you can pick your colors, under each color it has a code. The colors i will be picking for this example is the Miami dolphin colors which are an Off Green, White and Orange. My color codes would be for Off Green-F1560 , White-F9959, Orange-F9979. Now it doesn't stop there, you can customize even more by picking your formula, meaning how much of each color you want. For the dolphins its mostly an Off Green, followed by a decent amount of White and just a little bit of Orange, so i picked 60% of off Green-F1560, 25% of White-F9959, and remainder 15% Of Orange- F9979! Even with the totally custom flake pattern and formula I've already picked, You can still do more! Of those colors and precents i also decided that with orange i want to change one of the sizes of the flake so its different from other basic 1/4 inch chips. so while the Off Green and White are 1/4 inch in size , I decided I want orange to be 1/32 of an inch .
