“Old Fashion Manual Pressure Washing” as you can image it’s what it sounds like. this method is for just using high pressure water. for this you will need a pump capable of reaching 3000psi preferably no less then 3500psi @ 4GPM. this is extremely hard on your roof. as you can image every time you pressure wash you roof, sidewalks etc. you’re taking a little bit of that surface, slowly deteriorating the roof titles sidewalks etc. this is why it’s good to seal them how ever were not going to get into selling in this topic. another thing hard on your roof about this method is you have to walk the whole roof meaning every title will be stepped on. this can be very bad for old brittle tiles resulting in a broken title. this also puts guys on your roof at risk of slipping and falling and getting hurt or even falling through a roof. this method usually only stays clean for about 6 months before you start seeing mold algae etc. return. as i mentioned earlier about 3000psi or more this can be bad because you can blow a loose title off or out of place or even worst crack or bake it. now you may also see a guy pushing a circle across your titles this is called a surface cleaner this is just as bad still producing high pressure water but now you have a metal arm spinning at a high rate and one wrong way coming off the the title and makes contact it will crack and break whatever it hits.
