- House Check - a simple stop by and walk through.
- Water Check - We make sure no pipes are broken /leaking (we always use our inferred camera when walking through to make sure there's no moisture indicating leak)
- Running Water Check - make sure no toilets are running, water meter isn't moving while everything is off.
- Make sure lights are off, doors and windows are locked up.
- Make sure Lanscape is being kept up.
- We can make sure your house is in good shape, notifying you when house needs: a pressure washing or paint is fading, trees needing to be cut, pool being up kept, screens are in good shape, to even needing your boat or cars started and running.
- We can even meet contractors, or whoever you need to let in, we can supervise or lock back up. We got you covered!
- We'll even check over people's work and send you our opinion and photos!
- We offer 24/7 services for emergency calls such as someone breaking a window, and you need a temporary solution until you can get someone out in the morning to fix it.
- Boat Check - We can check and make sure you have power going out your boat and everything is working as it should.
- Power Outage - say you lose power out on your boat and need to make sure you have juice for your bilge pumps to work so the boat doesn't sink, we'll we have 24/7 for emergency calls to go out and see what's going on, same applies for anything around the home needing urgent care!

A couple examples:
- say your power goes out on your boat your typical home watch company will show up, flick the switch on and off. then call you and say it's not working and to call an electrician. So now you're paying a second person to come out and he resets the breaker, something very easy and starts working perfectly, however some of your home watch guys wouldn't know to do that.
- Say you left your a/c on 60 and your a/c kept freezing then would kick off melt and if your drain line is clogged overflow onto your floor. again, most would call and say you have a problem, water is coming from a/c, when a simple fix would be to clean drain line, clean up all water and turn air back up, and with a simple cleaning we could do for less than what an a/c company would charge.
