All payments are due upon completion of work (once invoice is sent). We do offer a 10 business day grace period to allow clients to mail in checks out of town. If for any reason more time is needed payment arrangements MUST be made BEFORE START of JOB. Payments Received on or after 11 business day will receive a late fee. A 25$ Late Fee(s) will be added to bill on the 11th business day for invoices 850.00 and smaller. For Invoices totaling 850.01 and over will be charged a 3% late fee. Failure to make full payment after 30 days will result in court filing (this does include late fee(s) so please make sure to pay your late fee if you have occurred any or could result in court filing) , Attorney fee(s), Court cost, Time missed and any other related cost. Please note if for any reason there is a problem with job please notify us right away so we can take care of issue right away, with holding payment may still result in late fee being applied. as long as were made aware of problem right away we will take care of problem right away (99.9% of the time problem will be taken care of before the 10th day grace period as long as reported promptly so no reason to with hold payment pass 10 day grace period). All our estimates and invoice do have a notice on our late fee(s) policy so by accepting our estimate and processing with hiring us your acknowledging that you have read & accept our payment policy
There is a zero-return policy meaning once we have collected a deposit, that deposit is used to purchase goods or material for job so unfortunately, we cannot return funds as it has already been used for your job. At best only thing we could do is give you the material in which deposit was used to purchase.
With our services there is a no returns policy as with most of our services we do not require a deposit and so your only billed once job has been completed and at this time we have already invested for labor of our crew members we have to pay and material used on job such as sealer in paver sealing , epoxy in epoxy jobs, screws and chalk on carpentry jobs and so on, as well as time on job spent, gas coming and going to properties which is why we do not do returns. In the event that there is a problem with job we will always take care of it and stand behind any and all jobs we do, that being said if there is an issue we will always come back out and take care of the problem! However we will have to determine cause of issue and if problem is not our fault than we will still fix but at owners expense.
Paver sealing, if upon inspection of job say we find pavers have been sealed previously and sealer currently on paver is failing or if say effloresces is present on pavers we will let the homeowner know ahead of time " your pavers have sealer still on them that is failing and we recommend stripping / treating for effloresces as failing to remove may cause new sealer to discolor, turn whitish, or even cause undesirable look" . and say homeowner declines to have us remove either the old sealer and or effloresces and tells us to just seal them and later on down the line or even right away they discolor, turn whitish, or even cause undesirable look we will not beheld liable nor will any refunds be issued as the fault will be yours as we did our part to let you know of the situation first and you still declined to address problem knowing what may happen by not addressing issue!
Epoxy, if upon inspection of job say we find moisture in concrete slab, we will recommend to use our MVB Epoxy which is our moisture vapor barrier epoxy designed to hold back moisture up to 25lb worth, as failing to use a MVB Epoxy may result in air / water coming up under coat causing base coat to fail by bubble or even peel. now in the event that moisture is present and we recommend using our MVB Epoxy and client declines due to not wanting to spend the extra money or whatever the reason may be we will not be held liable nor will any refunds be issued if epoxy fails as we told them what could happen if the MVB was not used!
Roof Cleaning, upon estimate for roof cleaning we always recommend doing a exterior wash at same time as not doing the exterior wash you may have over spray from the roof cleaning that ends up on the exterior. say we clean a roof and its slightly windy, well our solution may spray back on exterior as we apply our roof cleaning solution which may causing bleach spots on windows, now this is not a big deal just needs a rinse and we will do usually while out there if we see it without charging for it however there are times were it may be missed and you may have bleach / water spots on windows, now again this is not a big deal as a simple rinse with water will knock them off however in the event were called and asked to come back to rinse a window off we typically will as a curtsey but again we are not liable to nor will a refund or patrial refund will be issued due to the fact we did recommend a exterior wash after due to the fact we did let you know that over spray may land on exterior and we recommend a exterior wash after and you declined.
Painting, say you tell us you want your color to be Agreeable Grey and we paint your home using agreeable grey but then you say you don't like the color. we will not be liable for a repaint nor will any refund be issued because you don't like the color you picked! these are just some examples showing how if the fault lies with you, we will not fix as we did what you asked so if you would like us to fix we will but it will be at your expense!
